Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate recruiting: identify needs, source candidates, schedule interviews, conduct post-interview reviews, and prepare offer letters.
  • •Complete pre-employment checks and manage onboarding, orientations, and 30/60/110-day reviews for new hires.
  • •Support hourly recruiting strategy and reduce downtime by managing recruiting and staffing needs with temp agencies.
  • •Coordinate payroll for hourly employees: verify hours/approvals in Kronos, process bonuses, track vacation, review timesheets and temp invoices, and distribute paychecks.
  • •Manage employee engagement and HR operations: attendance tracking, disciplinary notices, counseling, separation notices and exit interviews, employee surveys, HR KPIs reporting, and benefits enrollment support.
