Job Summary

Own planning, scheduling, and programming for assigned projects, leading planning inputs and baseline schedule/control procedures while monitoring progress to flag issues early. Produce progress and earned value reporting to support financial forecasting and corrective actions. Perform CPM analysis and track risks, issues, and resource allocation, and support estimating and tender activities. Contribute to planning/control standards, procedures, dashboards, and progress reporting within the GCC PMCM team, and support team performance growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage all aspects of planning, scheduling, and programming of work for assigned projects.
•Lead planning inputs, coordinating contributions from other planners to deliver against scope, time, cost, and quality.
•Establish baseline schedules and control procedures, monitoring progress to identify issues early.
•Provide progress and earned value reports to support financial forecasting and timely corrective actions.
•Monitor project risks/issues/resources and support CPM analysis; assist with estimating/tendering inputs and develop planning standards/dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•8-11 years of professional experience in project planning.
•Strong expertise in project scheduling and experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
•Working knowledge of Critical Path Analysis and Earned Value Techniques, applying project management principles.
•Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word to build tools and dashboards for stakeholder communication.
•Reviewing and ensuring the quality of junior planners’ work, with strong communication and collaborative teamwork.
