Job Summary

Provide operational leadership and strategic direction to meet engine delivery commitments and ensure customer satisfaction for Pratt & Whitney. Plan and lead the Operations Team, oversee policy deployment aligned to business targets, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives while developing talent and succession plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide operational leadership and strategic direction to meet engine delivery commitments and ensure customer satisfaction.
•Drive operational excellence and own KPIs including monthly engine delivery, profit margins, cost per hour, on-time delivery, cost of poor quality, productivity, and direct cost initiatives.
•Plan and manage the Operations Team to meet monthly engine deliverables and support growth projects to keep the PW4000 fleet flying.
•Develop, implement, and oversee policy deployment aligned with overall business plan objectives and targets, and ensure regulatory compliance culture across Global Trade, EHS, Ethics, and Quality.
•Lead productivity and continuous improvement (CORE) and cost-reduction initiatives; foster high-engagement culture and develop talent and succession plans while partnering with the Transformation team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
•10 years of relevant broad-based experience in Aerospace Aftermarket MRO.
•Solid understanding of business aspects including EH&S, people development, regulatory, quality, operational, technical, and financial requirements.
•Proven leadership with strong motivation, people development, and decision-making skills.
•Excellent strategic and analytical thinking with strong execution capabilities, comfortable in a fast-paced matrix environment.
