Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide operational leadership and strategic direction to meet engine delivery commitments and customer satisfaction.
  • •Drive operational excellence and accountability for key performance metrics including delivery, profit margins, cost per hour, on-time delivery, COPQ, productivity, and DCI.
  • •Plan and manage the operations team to meet monthly engine deliverables and execute policy deployment aligned to business objectives.
  • •Drive productivity and continuous improvement (CORE) initiatives and lead cost-reduction to enhance profitability and sustainability.
  • •Ensure a compliance culture across Global Trade, EHS, Ethics, and Quality; foster cross-functional alignment and develop talent and succession plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in aerospace or mechanical engineering (or equivalent).
  • •10 years of relevant broad-based experience in Aerospace Aftermarket MRO.
  • •Solid understanding of business areas including EHS, people development, regulatory, quality, operational, technical, and financial requirements.
  • •Proven leadership with strong motivation and people development/decision-making skills.
  • •Strong strategic & analytical thinking with execution capability in fast-paced, matrix reporting environments.
