Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the design and implementation of patient services based on patient insight at country level, aligned with other patient-facing functions, and manage vendors.
  • •Capture the patient voice and identify efficiencies of scale and scope for patient support programs.
  • •Develop and implement compliant, ethical patient programs tracked with quality checks across SOPs, local regulation, data privacy, and PV reporting.
  • •Lead training and continuous education on Medical Affairs topics related to patient support programs and SOPs for relevant staff.
  • •Ensure correct interpretation of patient needs within the German healthcare system and maintain local pharmaceutical regulation knowledge in collaboration with Regulatory Affairs.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant scientific degree (medical degree is a plus).
  • •3+ years in biopharmaceutical/pharma or clinical expertise with patient-facing or medical knowledge.
  • •Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
  • •Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while supporting cross-functional teamwork.
  • •Excellent knowledge of pharmacovigilance, compliance, and local regulations.
