Key Responsibilities

  • •Obtain service area assignments and support operations across bar/lounge, dining room, and related areas.
  • •Greet guests, bring water to tables, and remove/clear used tableware between courses.
  • •Promptly clean and reset tables, chairs, booths, and tabletop for next seating.
  • •Respond to guest requests and communicate needs to servers/hostess to ensure efficient seating and table utilization.
  • •Assist with food delivery during peak periods and wash dishes when needed; follow alcohol service guidelines.
