Consultant - Learning & Leadership Development

Design, deliver, and scale high-impact leadership and competency-based learning programs end to end. Own the lifecycle for competency and leader development, including managing training for new, mid, and seasoned leaders, building leadership “universities,” and creating facilitator guides and toolkits. Oversee 360-feedback deployment, coaching operations, and vendor relationships, while administering Workday Learning tasks and supporting program operations through Asana and Slack.
