Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyse prosecution evidence and assess its implications for clients
  • •Draft witness statements and review client evidence
  • •Collate, organise, and summarise case materials for senior lawyers
  • •Liaise with courts, coroners, regulators (HSE, CQC, Police) and external experts
  • •Prepare and serve defence case statements, sentencing and mitigation bundles

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified Solicitor with NQ–4 years PQE in Health & Safety, Regulatory, Inquests, Traffic Commissioner, or Serious Motor matters
