Job Summary

Support the Global Wealth Investor Relations team for registered and private products across alternative asset classes. Handle inquiries from financial advisors, investors, and internal stakeholders; manage operational onboarding and implementation across wirehouses, private banks, RIAs, custodians, and third parties; and oversee relationships with transfer agents and administrators. Partner with KKR product, finance, and legal/compliance teams to resolve inquiries, reconcile activity, and support ad hoc projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Field inquiries from financial advisors, investors, and internal stakeholders regarding KKR investment offerings.
•Support operational onboarding and implementation of KKR offerings on platforms (private banks, wirehouses, RIAs, custodians, and third party providers/independent broker/dealers).
•Oversee and manage relationships with third party service providers (transfer agents, administrators, outside counsel, financial printers).
•Develop understanding of distribution partners’ operational platforms and processes, serving as a resident KKR expert for advisor and KKR inquiries.
•Liaise with KKR product teams, finance, and transfer agents for client inquiries, problem resolution, and reconciliation; assist with ad hoc projects/research.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 140,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required.
•At least 3-5 years of experience in investor relations or a similar support role, ideally in the alternative investments industry.
•Comprehensive knowledge of alternatives, with emphasis on private markets products.
•Proven expertise in ongoing product management of alternative funds targeted at Accredited Investors and Qualified Purchasers.
•Mastery of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM/inquiry management tools (preferred).
