Key Responsibilities

  • •Create intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces using market analysis, data insights, customer feedback, and technical constraints.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams (user research, engineering, product management) to bring design concepts to life.
  • •Develop user flows, wireframes, design mockups, and prototypes to conceptualize new product initiatives.
  • •Simplify and distill complex processes into elegant, user-friendly interfaces.
  • •Maintain consistent UI patterns and design system specifications across products while incorporating feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered, intuitive designs.
  • •Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Sketch (or similar) plus strong understanding of web technologies and best practices.
  • •Ability to use data to inform design decisions and understand implications for user-centered design.
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
