Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze manufacturing, quality, operational, and product development data to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
  • •Develop dashboards and reports for real-time performance monitoring using tools such as Power BI/Tableau.
  • •Define and maintain data structures/data models, ensure data accuracy/consistency, and support data governance compliance (including PDPA and internal standards).
  • •Provide PMO & project analytics support by tracking KPIs, project performance, and ROI, and creating standardized reporting frameworks for strategic initiatives.
  • •Apply statistical methods and basic machine learning for forecasting/optimization, prepare and validate datasets for AI/automation, and support development of scalable data ecosystems (e.g., data lake, cloud platforms).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Data Science, AI, Applied Math, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •Strong data analysis skills, including SQL and Python, plus Power BI/Tableau for dashboards and reporting.
  • •Knowledge of data modeling and ETL/ELT processes, data structures, and database concepts for storage and retrieval.
  • •Experience analyzing manufacturing or operations data and applying statistical analysis/problem-solving techniques to derive recommendations.
  • •Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks, Fabric) and exposure to AI/ML or predictive analytics use cases, including dataset preparation.
