Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform winding, assembly, repetitive wiring, and copper operations to produce complete sub-assemblies and final assembly of control equipment.
  • •Build/wire main breaker units and complete full mechanical assembly including structures, doors, electrical devices, and post-test cleanup to ship.
  • •Install and wire electrical devices according to bill of material and wire diagrams/schematics, ensuring clearance requirements are maintained.
  • •Ensure copper connections are braced to meet bracing specifications and check electrical/mechanical performance of completed assemblies.
  • •Maintain the build schedule for main breaker production demand and escalate production issues to supervisors/team leads/water spiders immediately while ensuring a safe work environment.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in mechanical and wiring roles (preferred).
  • •Able to lift 35 pounds (waist, shoulder, overhead).

  • •Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Internet) and ability to work overtime (weekdays and weekends).
