Job Summary

Lead and manage a Client Service Team to deliver an exceptional experience for internal and external clients within Private Wealth. Hire, train, and coach team members, develop new career-path opportunities, and partner with Wealth Managers to support best practices and workflows. Identify and escalate enterprise risk issues, assist with onboarding and integration of Advisor Teams, and handle sensitive client escalations tied to complaints, fraud, and KYC red flags.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong presentation skills and attention to detail; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
