Key Responsibilities

  • •Place orders for flood determinations, title work, surveys, environmental assessments, and other items needed for loan documentation and closings.
  • •Provide status updates and additional information to lending staff for all placed orders.
  • •Receive order documentation and provide confirmation to lending staff as necessary.
  • •Upload images of documentation to the bank’s document management software.
  • •Manage workflow and rotations daily, train new hires, and assist with scheduling and rotations.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) plus 6 months of demonstrated lending experience and at least 1 year of banking experience.
  • •Excellent customer service skills and ability to serve customer/vendor needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong documentation/organizational skills.
  • •Ability to effectively communicate in person-to-person and small group situations with vendors, lending staff, and others.
  • •Ability to navigate various software and demonstrate critical thinking to resolve issues in the order process.
