Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and communicate risk-based, data-driven security strategy and outcome-driven roadmaps for enterprise security services and capabilities.
  • •Analyze and select alternatives based on threat, risk, desirability, feasibility, and viability to support executive decisions.
  • •Lead RFI/RFPs to assess the market and/or procure cyber solutions, and facilitate build-vs-buy decisions.
  • •Groom the product backlog by translating vision into detailed initiatives and epics with acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • •Recruit, motivate, mentor, and lead team members while maintaining technical and risk credibility and driving products through production and scale.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or information technology.
  • •At least 4 years of experience evaluating, contributing to, or supporting development of cybersecurity capabilities.
  • •Bachelor's Degree.
  • •Experience with cloud-based or on-prem network security services/products (e.g., WAF, Bot Management, DDoS Mitigation).
  • •Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and concepts such as NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, CMMC, and FedRAMP.
