Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in direct client/customer implementation, project coordination, or support with responsibility for delivering against timelines and project objectives.
  • •3+ years of experience gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting solution implementation or operational process changes.
  • •Experience working with financial institution branch front-end functions and processes (e.g., teller, new account, ATM, bank operations, item processing).
  • •Experience using Microsoft Office tools to create project documentation, track deliverables, and communicate implementation status.
