Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate large-scale cloud infrastructure and production services.
  • •Participate in a global on-call rotation and drive incident response and post-incident reviews for systemic improvements.
  • •Define, measure, and improve SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets; partner with engineering teams on availability, scalability, performance, and resilience.
  • •Develop automation and infrastructure using Go, Python, Terraform, and related technologies to eliminate operational toil.
  • •Maintain continuous audit readiness for FedRAMP compliance while improving observability with metrics, logging, tracing, dashboards, and alerting.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong experience operating large-scale production services in AWS and/or GCP.
  • •Deep expertise with Linux and Kubernetes in production environments, including troubleshooting networking, storage, scheduling, scaling, and workload lifecycle issues.
  • •Extensive Infrastructure as Code experience using Terraform and Helm.
  • •Strong software engineering skills in Golang and/or Python, with experience building automation and internal engineering platforms.
  • •Experience with observability/production telemetry and reliability engineering (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident response, capacity planning).
