Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with stakeholders to define, build, and implement a Generative AI Agent platform for priority banking services from discovery to production rollout.
  • •Architect enterprise-grade platform capabilities including agent orchestration, workflow design, tool/function integration, memory/state management, and reusable delivery patterns.
  • •Drive platform adoption by creating reference implementations, onboarding pathways, developer enablement materials (APIs/SDKs, templates, documentation), and governance.
  • •Own platform performance management by defining success metrics and SLOs, implementing observability, running evaluations, and tuning reliability/accuracy/latency/cost.
  • •Oversee end-to-end delivery execution by managing scope, risks, dependencies, and milestones; advise senior leadership with clear recommendations and trade-offs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science/Engineering (or related) with strong English communication skills.
  • •5+ years hands-on coding with strong Python, Java, or Golang, plus experience deploying and operating services in production (Docker/Kubernetes preferred) and using AWS/Azure/GCP.
  • •2+ years building and shipping LLM/GenAI applications, including agentic workflows, multi-agents, tool/function calling, and RAG/search with vector databases.
  • •SME experience in areas such as performance monitoring, agent governance/control, agent identity, Harness, agent SDK, or agent policy/guardrails.
  • •Vision and best practices for skills/agents/MCP tooling, with strong problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration (technical and non-technical).
