Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and organize clinical areas, including waiting areas, for patient consultations and procedures.
  • •Provide non-interventional assistance to licensed healthcare professionals during exams and treatments (e.g., chaperoning and room preparation).
  • •When trained, assist with basic patient care tasks such as mobility support, bed making, and personal hygiene.
  • •Sterilize and clean medical equipment and ensure it is ready for use according to NMC policy.
  • •Manage patient records, schedule appointments, handle admissions/discharges (including follow-up discharge calls), and monitor/restock medical supplies as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Knowledge of basic clinical procedures and healthcare practices.
  • •Ability to use medical equipment and understand safety protocols.
  • •Strong communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare staff.
  • •Basic IT skills for medical software and patient databases; 1 year relevant healthcare experience in UAE is an advantage.
