•Read and interpret trust indentures and reporting requirements, translating indenture language into technical report specifications.
•Set up payment calculations in in-house systems and receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data.
•Make tax elections, file for EINs as required, track residual holder transfers, and perform portfolio compliance tests (trade testing).
•Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and/or tax reports, ensuring reporting timeliness and accuracy.
•Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments and maintain frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.

•Proficiency using Microsoft Office and other software packages.
