Job Summary

Apply analytical methods and standard operating procedures to support HSES activities. Use established HSES management systems to evaluate and select solutions in partnership with HSE advisors and supervisors. Help implement proactive incident prevention programs, provide technical compliance assistance for environmental, safety, and health regulations, and support incident investigations. Perform worksite inspections, conduct compliance evaluations, assist with emergency response and medical evacuations, and coach personnel on safe work practices, including toolbox talks and JSA observations.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical assistance to ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and health regulations.
•Implement the HSES activity plan and ensure scheduled activities are completed.
•Assist with incident investigations and compile reports; support incident prevention programs.
•Inspect work areas for unsafe acts or conditions and conduct compliance evaluations of equipment and work in progress.
•Assist with medical evacuations and emergency response; deliver and observe toolbox talks and Job Safety Analyses (JSA’s), and guide personnel to work safely.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or equivalent certification.
•2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
•Maintain key competencies associated with the HSES function.
•Experience with technical activities, including on and offshore operations.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to communicate well orally and in writing.
