Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex client projects.
  • •Interface with stakeholders to take projects from original concept through final implementation and handover to operations.
  • •Ensure client satisfaction, manage escalations, and maintain delivery within baselined budget, on-time delivery, and quality criteria.
  • •Manage project delivery including rigorous scope control, change management, and documentation of risks and issues.
  • •Provide pre-sales support by scoping and costing project solutions with sales teams and supporting proposal completion and client presentations.

Key Requirements

  • •Seasoned project management experience, able to plan, organize, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
  • •Demonstrated competency in project change management and demonstrated understanding of the project life cycle.
  • •Relevant project management certifications, preferably PMP (ITIL certification is beneficial).
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business and/or project management or a related field.
  • •Client engagement experience with strong relationship management and ability to manage expectations under business and financial constraints.
