  • •Experience building enablement/training programs from the ground up—not just operating someone else’s materials.
  • •Ability to produce enablement assets yourself (job aids, videos, walkthroughs) without needing a large team.
  • •Skill turning messy, real-world workflows into clear, confidence-building lessons.
  • •AI-native experience using Claude or other AI tools to build training and analyze friction.
