Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, coordinate, and execute daily TMP operations including dispatch, bus routing, trip ticket management, fuel/usage tracking, and vehicle availability.
  • •Develop and maintain bus movement schedules for training events, ranges, ceremonies, troop movements, and surge operations.
  • •Track on-time performance, no-shows, delays, and service recovery; recommend and implement corrective actions.
  • •Analyze delivery and movement costs and prepare cost comparisons, utilization reports, and decision briefs.
  • •Monitor and report driver issues (accidents, safety concerns, licensing, medical certification, DOT physicals) and support compliance with applicable Army/DoD policies while maintaining delivery/movement records and KPIs.

Salary: USD 53,325 - 90,642 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business discipline and 2–4 years’ experience in transportation, logistics, or business-related analysis.
  • •Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow military administrative protocols.
  • •Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.
  • •Ability to receive a favorable TIER-1 investigation result, obtain and maintain a CAC.
  • •Applicant must possess a REAL ID-compliant, state-issued driver’s license and must be a U.S. citizen.
