Job Summary

Drive consignment growth by acquiring luxury items from new and existing clients in your assigned Santa Cruz territory. You’ll prospect daily through in-home appointments, build and convert pipeline using Salesforce, meet monthly quotas, and guide clients through pricing and consignment contracts. •Build and convert pipeline by sourcing new leads, reactivating lapsed clients, and converting marketing-qualified leads into consignors using Salesforce.
•Meet or exceed monthly quotas by driving key performance metrics and supporting revenue growth.
•Acquire luxury consignment items and coordinate end-to-end pickup and shipment logistics to The RealReal’s e-commerce centers.
•Provide a high-touch client experience, present and review consignment contracts, and collaborate with Retail and Consignor Relations to resolve client concerns.

•Ability to commit to a 40-hour workweek, reside in the assigned territory, and hold a valid driver’s license (with exceptions noted).
•Willing and able to travel more than 70% within the designated market.
