Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems and services.
  • •Implement and manage monitoring, logging, incident response, and on-call processes to detect and resolve issues quickly.
  • •Automate deployment, configuration, and operational tasks to reduce manual toil and improve consistency.
  • •Collaborate with software engineering teams to drive reliability improvements and root-cause analysis.
  • •Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to post-incident reviews and knowledge sharing.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role focusing on reliability, availability, and performance of large-scale systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix, networking basics, and incident management with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • •Proficiency with monitoring, observability, and alerting tools; experience with automation and configuration management.
  • •Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization; scripting or programming ability to automate repetitive tasks.
  • •Ability to collaborate effectively with software engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
