Job Summary

Serve as the bridge between Ripple’s treasury and risk platform and clients’ strategic needs. Lead discovery to uncover pain points and requirements, design and document the target “To-Be” configuration, and deliver hands-on implementation and setup. Provide trusted advisory on treasury best practices, facilitate training for adoption, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape product roadmap feedback based on client experiences.

•Lead discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
•Design and document the “To-Be” state and determine the optimal configuration of Ripple Treasury to meet client goals.
•Provide subject matter expertise and guide clients on treasury best practices, including modernizing legacy processes.
•Configure the platform hands-on to ensure the technical setup aligns with the client’s strategic vision.
•Facilitate training sessions to drive adoption and maximize client ROI, while partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering for roadmap feedback.

Key Requirements

•Technical competence with complex software ecosystems and data flow between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
•Ability to translate technical jargon into accessible financial concepts and communicate effectively with clients.
•Expertise in treasury domains (cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting) and experience discussing corporate treasury/accounting/finance topics; proficiency in both English and German is required.
