Job Summary

Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC, handling incidents and service requests within SLA. Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis for recurring problems, and implement minor enhancements and standard changes. Support deployments with transport management, coordinate with business, functional, and technical teams, and maintain documentation and knowledge articles. Work with monitoring and ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Remedy/Jira), including unit testing (UT), SIT, and UAT, and participate in on-call shifts for regional coverage.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
•Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA, including RCA for recurring issues.
•Process service requests and standard changes; deliver minor enhancements and configuration updates.
•Support deployments and transport management; coordinate with business, functional, and technical teams.
•Prepare functional/technical documentation and knowledge articles, and participate in on-call support during business-critical periods.

Key Requirements

•Provide L1.5/L2/L3 production support for SAP ECC applications.
•Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents within SLA, including root cause analysis for recurring issues.
•Handle service requests and standard changes, including delivering minor enhancements and configuration updates.
•Support ABAP developments and SAP Fiori applications, including OData services, SAP Gateway, workflow development/troubleshooting, and UI5 application support.
•Work with monitoring tools and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira, and support testing activities (UT, SIT, UAT) with shift/on-call coverage.
