Job Summary

Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive occupational health programs for AMD in Taiwan. Own statutory pre-employment and periodic health screening, special examinations, and case management for workplace injuries with return-to-work processes and medical accommodations. Lead infectious disease prevention, worker training, ergonomics, and health risk assessments, while conducting required assessments and documenting records. Analyze health-related data trends, coordinate with external providers and agencies, and support EHS initiatives including emergency response.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and manage occupational health programs focused on injury and illness prevention.
•Perform case management for workplace injuries/illness, including return-to-work processes, lost time tracking, work restrictions, and medical accommodation.
•Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work health assessments; perform risk assessments and audits to identify hazards and recommend risk-reduction strategies.
•Develop and deliver worker training on ergonomics, musculoskeletal injury prevention, emergency response protocols, and infectious disease prevention.
•Provide first aid and support medical emergency and infectious disease prevention/response planning, including training emergency response teams.

Salary: TWD 601,720 - 859,600 annually

Key Requirements

•Registered Nurse (RN) license in Taiwan is required.
•Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field is required.
•Certification in occupational health is required.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health, safety, or a related field with strong program management focus.
•Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
