Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and manage occupational health programs focused on injury and illness prevention.
  • •Perform case management for workplace injuries/illness, including return-to-work processes, lost time tracking, work restrictions, and medical accommodation.
  • •Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and return-to-work health assessments; perform risk assessments and audits to identify hazards and recommend risk-reduction strategies.
  • •Develop and deliver worker training on ergonomics, musculoskeletal injury prevention, emergency response protocols, and infectious disease prevention.
  • •Provide first aid and support medical emergency and infectious disease prevention/response planning, including training emergency response teams.

Salary: TWD 601,720 - 859,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Registered Nurse (RN) license in Taiwan is required.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field is required.
  • •Certification in occupational health is required.
  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational health, safety, or a related field with strong program management focus.
  • •Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
