Maintain and troubleshoot plant facility systems during the overnight shift, focusing on preventive maintenance, repair, and monitoring of equipment such as wastewater and boiler-related systems. Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and Safe Quality Food (SQF)/Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), support PSM and HazWhoper response training, and help drive Conagra Performance System (CPS) activities like 5S and defect elimination.

Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of plant systems (drains, pipes, wastewater, etc.).
•Monitor and document equipment and system status including wastewater, boilers, and condensers.
•Adjust or override manual/automatic controls to maintain operating ranges, switch to backup systems, or shut down equipment as needed.
•Inspect equipment periodically and maintain it through adjustments, lubrication, and repairs.
•Support CPS maintenance functions and department initiatives (5S, Personal Action Plan, Break Down Elimination DMS), plus additional duties and required overtime.

•Monitor and document systems (e.g., wastewater, boilers, condensers) and troubleshoot defects to create elimination plans.
