  • •Develop and execute the strategic growth plan for the Baltimore Metro, including client outreach goals.
  • •Lead the local strategy to build client relationships, pre-position, win, and deliver key regional work.
  • •Work with regional leadership to build high-performance design teams, manage client feedback, and allocate resources to strategic priorities.
  • •Champion the AECOM vision, drive buy-in, and mobilize others to implement change.
  • •Collaborate across Buildings + Places practice areas to deliver innovative, sustainable design solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Architecture or related industry degree (Engineer, Interior Designer, or Planner) and 10+ years of related experience and/or demonstrated equivalency of experience and education.
  • •2 years of demonstrated leadership.
  • •Licensed professional Architect, Engineer, or Interior Designer.
  • •Experience in the Baltimore - Washington D.C. marketplace, especially Aviation and Transportation entities, key clients, and industry trends is paramount.
  • •Experience and skill in strategic business development, client relationships, and driving sales and revenue.
