Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary escalation point for the service desk, investigating and resolving complex technical issues.
  • •Own maintenance, configuration, availability, and business continuity of core IT services.
  • •Lead incident response and partner with incident management for service outages and security incidents with clear business communication.
  • •Investigate recurring issues, define corrective actions, and implement long-term solutions.
  • •Provide advanced Tier 3 support for macOS, hardware, and networking; troubleshoot and maintain integrations across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zscaler, and Iru while improving systems via automation, custom scripts, and documentation.
