Key Responsibilities

  • •Build ML platform APIs, workers, and control planes that move data and models through self-serve curation, training, evaluation, and deployment flows.
  • •Create dataset curation and annotation workflows, including episode selection/filtering, human-in-the-loop review, and robust dataset versioning/lineage.
  • •Design and operate scalable data pipelines for multi-terabyte dataset transformation/assembly, quality statistics, and GPU-fed read paths.
  • •Develop simulation and evaluation harnesses that benchmark and qualify models consistently across simulation, real-robot, and teleoperation sources.
  • •Provide model promotion infrastructure (model store, lineage, evaluation results) and developer experience tooling such as experiment tracking, training job submission, sweeps, and reproducible container environments.

Key Requirements

  • •Build and ship production platform services at scale that other teams depend on daily.
  • •Deep hands-on experience with large-scale ML data pipelines (multi-terabyte multimodal, synchronized sensor data) and formats/versioning/lineage such as Parquet, Arrow, lakeFS/DVC/Iceberg, and S3/MinIO.
  • •Experience with ML annotation and labeling at scale, including human-in-the-loop workflows, quality control, and throughput management.
  • •Experience building large-scale evaluation or simulation harnesses using GPU infrastructure to produce decision-grade results.
  • •Strong Python and general software engineering (testing, API design, code review) plus cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Docker, and modern CI/CD; 5+ years ML platform/data infrastructure experience (or 3+ years owning data/evaluation behind production models) and a BS/MS in CS/ML or equivalent experience.
