Key Responsibilities

  • •Run delivery execution as a Pod Lead delegate: manage RAID, run ceremonies, and keep scope/plan/outcomes aligned.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery across the SDLC, including design, build, test, release, hypercare, and continuous improvement.
  • •Build scalable ELT using BigQuery and dbt, including modeling, incremental patterns, optimization, and cost/performance tuning.
  • •Enable BI outcomes with Apache Superset, defining governed metrics where applicable and ensuring dashboards are performant and maintainable.
  • •Embed non-functional requirements (security, access, auditability, lineage, monitoring/alerting, resilience, runbooks) while driving engineering excellence and responsible GenAI-enabled delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Lead end-to-end ETL delivery from requirements and design through build, test, release, and production support.
  • •Have strong RDBMS/SQL capability, including complex SQL, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • •Develop hands-on Python for data processing and automation with clean, maintainable, production-ready code.
  • •Enable analytics/BI delivery, ideally with Apache Superset for dashboards, datasets, performance tuning, and stakeholder iteration.
  • •Confident with Linux and shell scripting for job automation, scheduling, and incident diagnosis.
