Job Summary

Provide proactive financial oversight and project-level accounting support within the Finance Business Partnering function. Partner with regional leaders and project managers to ensure robust project hygiene, accurate reporting, and strong stakeholder engagement, delivering insights, training, and guidance to improve financial awareness and governance across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide proactive financial oversight across the project lifecycle and ensure robust project hygiene and governance
•Support project managers with training, troubleshooting, and guidance to improve financial awareness and compliance
•Conduct regular project reviews, insightful reporting, and identify risks and opportunities
•Analyze working capital, actuals vs budgets/forecasts, and drive corrective actions
•Contribute to delivering Business Unit P&L, budgets, forecasts, and ad-hoc reporting

Key Requirements

•Finance business partnering experience supporting senior stakeholders
•Experience in project accounting and financial controls within Oracle environments
•Strong ability to analyze working capital, budgets, and forecasts
•Confident communication across levels of the organization
•Commitment to collaboration across organizational boundaries and continuous improvement
