Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager in delivering projects to quality standards and on time, helping manage tasks throughout the construction process.
  • •Manage submittal and RFI processes; support change order management, punch-list management, and close-out documentation handoff to operations.
  • •Support proposal preparation for new projects or variations and help establish effective project governance, processes, and systems.
  • •Coordinate meetings, maintain issues/actions logs, transcribe minutes and action items, and drive items to closure.
  • •Contribute to monthly reporting and prepare project reports and executive dashboards; monitor and report project costs/spending using EVM systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •At least 3 years of applicable experience.
  • •Proactive, organized, and thorough with a strong work ethic.
  • •Ability to work as an effective and collaborative team member delivering the project.
  • •Exposure to project management software systems and strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google tools.
