Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary legal advisor supporting Eon’s U.S. commercial operations.
  • •Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of enterprise customer, partner, reseller, vendor, and SaaS agreements.
  • •Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership to structure, negotiate, and close strategic enterprise transactions.
  • •Advise business stakeholders on legal and commercial risks with practical, business-focused guidance.
  • •Support strategic partnerships and go-to-market initiatives, and develop contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and scalable legal processes.

Key Requirements

  • •J.D. degree and active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar.
  • •8+ years of legal experience with significant commercial contracting and transaction experience.
  • •Experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or technology company.
  • •Strong expertise negotiating enterprise SaaS, technology, and strategic commercial agreements.
  • •Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives while supporting revenue-generating initiatives.
