Job Summary

Serve as the primary legal advisor for U.S. commercial operations, supporting Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership. Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise customer, partner, reseller, vendor, and SaaS agreements, and help structure and close strategic transactions. Provide business-focused guidance on legal and commercial risks, improve contract templates and negotiation playbooks, and collaborate with Finance, Security, Product, and Compliance to enable growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary legal advisor supporting Eon’s U.S. commercial operations.
•Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of enterprise customer, partner, reseller, vendor, and SaaS agreements.
•Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership to structure, negotiate, and close strategic enterprise transactions.
•Advise business stakeholders on legal and commercial risks with practical, business-focused guidance.
•Support strategic partnerships and go-to-market initiatives, and develop contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and scalable legal processes.

Key Requirements

•J.D. degree and active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar.
•8+ years of legal experience with significant commercial contracting and transaction experience.
•Experience at a leading law firm and/or in-house at a SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or technology company.
•Strong expertise negotiating enterprise SaaS, technology, and strategic commercial agreements.
•Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives while supporting revenue-generating initiatives.
