Vehicle Transporter Travel Trainer - Elyria

Develop onboarding and training for new Vehicle Transporters, helping them master car trailer maneuvering, maintenance, and operation over a one-week program. Deliver classroom and hands-on instruction, coach and mentor trainees, and use skills matrices and evaluation checklists to drive knowledge transfer. When not running classes, continue education and evaluate existing drivers, coordinating with Logistics Managers to support a smooth transition to on-the-job work.
