Own the stability and scale of Heidi’s most strategic enterprise integrations, starting with Beth Israel Lahey Health and Franciscan. Build and maintain account health dashboards, respond to integration incidents with defined SLAs, and drive architectural improvements that fix root causes. Work inside clinical workflows by integrating with EHR systems, turning payer and compliance complexity into reliable systems. Write clean, testable, observable code and ship AI-assisted agentic workflows with human review and controls.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the health of strategic enterprise accounts, including building and maintaining account health dashboards.
•Respond to session-loss and integration incidents with a sub-2-hour initial response target and help define SLAs.
•Identify recurring failure patterns and drive architectural improvements that fix root causes.
•Build and improve systems that integrate with EHRs and fit native clinical workflows.
•Write clean, testable, observable code and ship AI-assisted agentic workflow functionality with human review, auditability, and controls.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software engineering experience owning complex, production-critical systems end-to-end.

•Strong ownership and follow-through, including early communication when priorities change.
•Full availability during US Eastern business hours and fluency with modern AI coding tools to accelerate delivery.
