Job Function: Customer Support (Service Desk)

Key Responsibilities

•Booking & changes: Manage a wide variety of maintenance-related activities between Honeywell and customers, including records, cancellations, re-registrations, and escalations.
•Billing & credits: Initiate approvals and complete billing for contracts, reactive quotes, and projects; resolve disputes and address root causes of interface errors.
•Registration of requisitions: Record and modify internal purchase requests, process standard parts requests, and execute direct purchase requests as instructed by project managers.
•Technical & reporting activities: Perform business reporting, process client requests in SAP/Compass/SMS, troubleshoot and register activities in NEX/SFDC, participate in major transitions with SAP teams.
•Continuous improvement/Kaizen: Contribute to Kaizen processes, participate in audits, and support continuous improvement of department performance.

Key Requirements

•College graduate
•Minimum 1 year experience in Sr Customer Experience Specialist role
•English – secondary language
•Microsoft Office suite
•Strong communication skills (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills, team player
