Job Summary

Join the Data Platforms team to develop and deploy advanced machine learning and statistical models for wealth management and retail banking. You’ll analyze large datasets, build predictive analytics for segmentation, churn, cross-sell/up-sell, and risk assessment, and optimize customer journeys. Partner with stakeholders and engineers to translate requirements into scalable solutions, monitor model performance, and apply responsible AI and governance. Use Python, SQL, PySpark, and modern ML/visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop, deploy, and maintain advanced machine learning and statistical models to solve complex business problems.
•Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
•Design and implement predictive analytics for customer segmentation, churn, cross-sell/up-sell, portfolio analytics, risk assessment, and client engagement.
•Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, platform engineers, and domain experts to turn requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
•Build and optimize data pipelines and feature engineering frameworks; monitor model performance and ensure continuous improvement through retraining and validation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
•6 to 10 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence.
•Strong experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, or Retail Banking domains.
•Proven track record of delivering end-to-end analytical solutions in production environments.
•Strong knowledge of supervised/unsupervised learning and classification/regression models (plus related ML techniques).
