Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, deploy, and maintain advanced machine learning and statistical models to solve complex business problems.
  • •Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
  • •Design and implement predictive analytics for customer segmentation, churn, cross-sell/up-sell, portfolio analytics, risk assessment, and client engagement.
  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, platform engineers, and domain experts to turn requirements into scalable analytical solutions.
  • •Build and optimize data pipelines and feature engineering frameworks; monitor model performance and ensure continuous improvement through retraining and validation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • •6 to 10 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or Artificial Intelligence.
  • •Strong experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Asset Management, or Retail Banking domains.
  • •Proven track record of delivering end-to-end analytical solutions in production environments.
  • •Strong knowledge of supervised/unsupervised learning and classification/regression models (plus related ML techniques).
