Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in structural design of transportation infrastructure facilities (e.g., airports, railway systems, metro/BRT stations, maintenance workshops, operational buildings, electrical substations) with structural analysis models, calculations, and design documentation.
  • •Perform structural design of reinforced concrete and structural steel systems, considering operational loads, dynamic effects, serviceability, durability, constructability, and lifecycle performance.
  • •Work independently to determine priorities and support overall project objectives, including meeting technical goals/milestones/budgets.
  • •Perform technical quality reviews and maintain project documentation in accordance with policies and procedures; serve as Lead Verifier of the technical approach versus client scope.
  • •Communicate with clients, engage with technical project teams to review deliverables, and collaborate with multidisciplinary construction disciplines to support delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education).
  • •6+ years of proven structural engineering experience designing concrete and steel structures in multidisciplinary teams.
  • •Solid knowledge of structural analysis and design principles for reinforced concrete and steel structures for buildings and civil works.
  • •Familiarity with international structural design codes and standards such as ACI, AISC, ASCE, IBC, AREMA, AASHTO, Eurocodes, CSA, or equivalent.
  • •Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, MIDAS Civil, CSiBridge, STAAD.Pro, IdeaStatica, RAM Connection); AutoCAD and BIM experience is desirable; advanced/fluent English.
