Job Summary

Prospect and close new commercial floor plan lines of credit and commercial real estate relationships with franchised dealers while executing sales strategies in line with the bank’s credit policy. Manage and develop a pipeline of opportunities, coordinate loan package preparation and renewals for Executive Loan Committee review, and collaborate with other bank officers to cross-sell treasury, merchant services, trust, and private banking solutions. Evaluate client financials for cash flow, liquidity, and credit structuring.

•Prospect and close new commercial floor plan lines of credit and commercial real estate relationships with franchised dealers in accordance with credit policy.
•Prioritize and manage the opportunities pipeline and formulate and execute appropriate sales strategies.
•Manage ongoing activity with existing dealer relationships, coordinate loan packages and renewals, and present them to the Executive Loan Committee for review.
•Collaborate with other bank officers to capitalize on existing dealership relationships across Merchant, Treasury, Trust, and related areas.
•Collaborate with team members to sell bank services holistically to meet customer financial needs; perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent education and experience.
•5+ years of broad-based sales experience in commercial dealership sales (floor plan, real estate or treasury loans) preferred.
•Strong knowledge of the dealer services industry.
•Ability to analyze financial statements (income statement and balance sheet) with emphasis on cash flow and liquidity, and apply accounting principles to credit analysis.
•Proficiency with pipeline management and sales strategy execution, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
