Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and maintain manufacturing control systems (Traveler, Q-time, LMS, ET, MAM, MES, and GCP) for correct setup, execution control, and change implementation.
  • •Execute and manage process traveler (TC) and lot control (LC), equipment tracking (ET), and recipe management system (RMS).
  • •Execute and manage manufacturing system execution (MAM & ATMES) and apply critical change control (CH).
  • •Design and set up new product process flows in the system, create global attribute documents, and serve as attribute site representative.
  • •Coordinate A/T new MES UAT with the site team, troubleshoot system issues, resolve remedy tickets, and support new tool system integration and UAT; use SQL Server for querying and basic data manipulation while applying AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual touch points.
  • •Leverage Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-assisted analytics to reduce MTB/PWF/TCP system issues and provide reporting and presentations for top leaders.
