Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary account manager for a portfolio of healthcare partners, identifying opportunities to scale and expand Factor’s footprint within clinical ecosystems.
•Lead implementation of new partner programs and expanded service lines, coordinating user account setup and workflow mapping.
•Collaborate with Product, Supply Chain, and Nutrition to translate partner needs into internal workflows.
•Resolve complex partner questions with high-touch, solution-oriented responses to support long-term trust and partnership expansion.
•Provide ongoing account management—supporting, troubleshooting issues, and running regular check-ins to ensure program performance and partner satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 147,000 - 170,000

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience in account management.

•BA/BS degree with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
