Associate Manager, Global Talent Development

Serve as a strategic program manager and learning partner to deliver high-impact leadership development and enterprise learning for corporate employees. Partner with leaders in Global Talent Development to design and continuously improve programs, create learning materials, facilitate virtual and in-person learning, and manage learning operations. Own multi-initiative talent development delivery, coordinating logistics and stakeholders while analyzing learning and talent data to recommend improvements and share executive-ready updates.
