Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the numbers end to end, building and maintaining projections, unit economics, ROI cases, and scenario plans for new initiatives and commercial levers.
  • •Decompose problems into drivers and reconnect them so input changes automatically flow to contribution, margin, and growth outputs.
  • •Pressure-test assumptions by grounding models in real data and clearly distinguishing solid inputs from educated guesses.
  • •Build scalable workflows using deep Excel plus AI tooling (LLM-based automation, scripting, low-code) to automate recurring analyses.
  • •Turn model outputs into decisions, including recommendations, costs/returns, and conditions required for success; support budgeting and OKR coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •3–6 years in strategy, consulting, investment banking/private equity, commercial finance, or modeling-heavy roles in high-growth operating businesses.
  • •Deep Excel expertise to build financial models and scenarios using logical assumptions.
  • •Hands-on use of AI tools to automate analytical work; SQL and/or Python is a strong plus.
  • •Structured problem solving to reach defensible answers from ambiguous questions.
  • •Comfort interpreting financial documents such as country P&Ls and investment proposals.
