Key Responsibilities

  • •Help build systems that enable AI agents to discover information, reason over enterprise knowledge, and choose capabilities for complex tasks.
  • •Develop agentic search systems that plan, decompose, reformulate, and iteratively execute searches across steps and data sources.
  • •Design search agent experiences, including interfaces, APIs, contracts, result formats, citations, and search primitives.
  • •Advance retrieval & relevance using embeddings, hybrid retrieval, learning-to-rank, LLM reranking, and query understanding.
  • •Create evaluation systems for retrieval quality, agent behavior, tool selection, grounding, and end-to-end task success at enterprise scale.
