Production Operator (Jackson, TN, US, 38301)

Operate and monitor plant process equipment to support reliable, high-quality manufacturing. Troubleshoot processes and equipment, execute production run schedules, and resolve or escalate quality issues. Perform changeovers, minor maintenance, and standard QC testing while accurately documenting operating parameters. Maintain safety compliance with required procedures (including LOTO), keep the work area clean, and support packaging, staging, and material handling activities in a rotating 12-hour shift schedule.
