Lead the highways regional team in Scotland and the North of England, driving growth and delivery of major projects. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the pipeline of new work opportunities and set the Highways team up for success.
•Identify, position, plan and prioritise business development activities in the region.
•Develop and maintain existing client relationships, building trusted advisor status across key clients.
•Lead major pursuit proposals with National Authorities (Transport Scotland and National Highways) and construction contractor partners.
•Leverage the wider AECOM network to enhance capability and win work and set projects up for delivery success.

Key Requirements

•Track record of achieving and/exceeding financial KPIs and driving business growth.
•Track record of winning work and exceeding business growth targets.
•Experience developing and maintaining client relationships and work backlog with new and existing clients.
•Experience with clients in the region – National infrastructure clients (Transport Scotland and National Highways), local authorities and construction contractors.
•Experience maximising existing contracts, winning new business and optimising client account management.
