Key Responsibilities

•Provide project management for small projects and/or programs focused on gas distribution systems, coordinating internal and external resources (contractors and consultants).
•Assist other project managers and teams in project tracking and control (e.g., CPM schedule, cost, resources) by collecting status information and developing updates for management review.
•Plan and coordinate various aspects of the project life cycle and maintain project management records and documentation.
•Obtain regulatory and municipal permits as required and prepare monthly project reports addressing risks and issues.
•May serve as assistant Project Manager on moderately complex projects or take a lead role on straightforward projects, applying team effectiveness skills and collaborating with the project team to implement and control the project.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 87,600 - 109,500 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Business or engineering preferred plus 2 years’ experience performing project management functions or Associate’s Degree plus 6 years’ experience performing project management functions; two years of related project experience is required
•Must have demonstrated project management experience as a project manager or a team member with some assigned leadership responsibilities, particularly leading cross-functional team members on small to medium-sized projects
•Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Primavera; ability to create and deliver effective project reports and presentations
•Ability to obtain Regulatory and Municipal permits as required
•Ability to develop business cases for small projects/programs and related budgetary documents; monitor and control costs within own work and project budget
